Hey guys!

I was thinking last night about why the small regiments never grow, and I figured that the bigger regiments, like the 84e, 91st, 92nd and the other bigger regiments suck up all the recruits on Eu servers.

So I would like to arrange a 3-day period where the big regiments don't recruit to give the smaller ones a chance. I now many of those big regiments won't be interested, but they need to remember that when they started, there was no big regiments and it was relitively easy without the competitivness over recruits there is now.

If you agree to this then simply reply with the [regiment] agree and then we can sort out a date. Remember, its only three days, so your regiments will be fine!

That's a ridiculous idea.

How about instead, all of the small infantry regiments go join up with the bigger ones.
There's too much infantry regiments now-a-days anyways.
Most infantry regiments come and go too.

It's rather annoying seeing all of these players wanting to start their own regiments so they can feel special.

The regiment was to steal our new players, I do not agree.

:-\ I don't think the big regiments are taking all the recruits? I guess its how often you try and get new recruits and the way of getting them.

Is this a joke? It's called dedication I'm sick and tired of people saying Oh no one joins a small regiment. I started with close to 4 people now I have 31 wanna know why? Cause I was on US 1 every god damn night recruitng my heart out and anyone can agree they seen me. So shut up and get dedicated and recruit on the public server I'm tired of this whining.

Couldn't agree more. Most of the time I find my self competeing against the smaller regiments. The bigger once have their own servers and recruit from there or the forum. Making the big regiments not recruit wouldn't make any difference. In fact it would mean that lots more smaller regiments would start recruiting on at the same time, and instead having the usual 3 to 4 people recruiting on an official server at a peak hour. You would have 10 to 15... This would make it even harder to get recruits. Instead dedication spread over a long time will get you built up.

Like a proper melee system.

Yep, NW melee is just luck, sometimes you outskill an opponent and you do no damage in uor Stoke and they catch you off guard with a strike in the leg. MM melee is more skilful.

4e isn't small either, and yet we spend hours a day to get no recruit at all.

And I don't have any problems with the melee, lol.

Why are we speaking about the melee system?

You are doing it wrong then. Also, all melee has its factor of luck. Obviously.
