Same goes for Scandinavia which I was pushing for initially. But we'd never go as far as to actually cheat or make up bs reasons to play for a certain team.

he is talking in russian language as most of ukrainians do and he has relatives from Russia.

I've relatives from Germany aswell and I know german enough to communicate in the match , can I play for Germany now , thank you in advance .

But anyway, the main reason is the last team was United, there were no Russia and Ukraine. After the CCCP NWWC Team disband Kobzik can choose with who he will play and he made it.
