hello well i dont know but  i cant find a like or a dislike button i dont mean to makee this forum to facebook all im saying is that if somone said something good i think they need to know that mny agrees to him/her.

No, that's a horrible idea. This forum doesn't need to be anything like reddit. The like/dislike button encourages attention whoring and circlejerking, which we already have far too much of on this forum.

its not ment to attention whore what i really want it for its like if somone says something that matters something that can benefit this forum well why not add the like button so u can like it to show that u support this idea instead of sayin +1 its faster

Because ideas can be implemented with relatively little support and discussion and I really do not want to see this implemented, so it's better to be vehemently against it than to be neutral.

I think it encourages echo chamber esque behavior, and would prefer not to implement it. If someone disagrees with anther's post, let them post why and make their case. Having a bunch of groups lead downvote parties would not be good.
