Dayboul has never doxxed him on FSE, FSE itself much like TaleWorlds only deals with that happens on FSE itself. Obelix was banned for his actions on FSE not any of the other shit. Dayboul also isn't the one who 'found' the photo as such I'm not sure exactly who was but yeah he just used it on Steam which is nothing to do with FSE.

In all honesty there is a big difference between simply showing someones photo than leaking/contacting their family with sexual messages or threatening to put childporn against your IP so you get fired.

I like how ppl think they are being doxxed (not all cases ofcourse) when they share their FB, Snapchat, IG... with others, then they are surprised when it's used against them. (It's actually very easy to find NW players via FB) and I doubt that this french shitkid has some real "hacking" skill other than you are not being careful enough.

I mean some of the examples like Hertz is a photo that hasn't been on Facebook for years for example so he or a friend of his at least had a way to find that. So I wouldn't doubt the ability entirely, though I imagine he has a friend that does this for him rather than himself. As for the ddos'ing he had admitted before to paying for a website to DDOS people so yeah.

It’s where you draw the line. I am sure that everyone would defend himself here if someone uses their private pictures as an avatar or signature without acceptance. No matter how easy it is to get. A decent human being wouldn’t do such things. But yeah Dayboul is a popular competitive player. That’s what it’s all about, popularity. Obelix was hardly a 'no name goon'. Daybouls not exactly someone I associate with and the actions of what he is doing aren't on FSE/In-Game so I'm not too sure anyone would really do anything about him in this community.

I don't agree with the people that 'doxxed' him back but I have to say those that did did it in retaliation to his first dox. The part on Rikkert is just pure BS he never doxxed him he just said some things he didn't like on FSE. Dayboul on the otherhand we all know he's a special person so you shouldn't be surprised here. I only gave 3 examples as I had hard proof of these but there are countless others which were in retaliation to nothing but some words e.g. Shadey, Golden, Rune, Elsse, etc the list could go on for probably 15+ names realistically. All of these were not a reaction from Obelix and even if they were he took it much further. In some of these cases he even found and contacted some of the community members families with inappropriate messages. I don't know how you can even try to justify this boboy unless you are just as bad as him.

I'm not sure why you are mentioning being an admin or moderator on FSE as none of us have 'leaked' anything to do with Obelix.

Yes doxxing someone back isn't the solution, it's just causing an childisch endless retaliation cycle.
Furthermore you make yourself guilty for the exact same thing, in court you can't bring the agrument he started it.

As I said zero tolerance in the future. Instantly ban and exclude the guy who doxed or ddosed someone as well as those who aided him it doesnt matter on which plattform you do it FSE, Steam or Teamspeak.
It's not okay and must have consequences. Its the only way this won't or will happen less at least.
Any event announced and organized via FSE will not accept his application, a regiment harboring this player must kick him out or be excluded from events as well.

He had to leave NW and moved to Bannerlord. You informed their community about him so we can be done here. Let him be and give him a chance to do things different there.
If he messes up there, they will deal with him with knowledge from you about the past.

If you keep going after him it will never stop, we must look forward and prevent things like that in the future.
Thats why I mention FSE Moderators, Admins and CR. It's up too you, you can enforce player to be excluded from events announced on FSE.
Tourney organizers must find another plattform if they wanna host one, which I doubt they will do because of one person and when he is proven guilty.

For event organisers that already happened with Obelix, he didn't leave NW he was banned from all events. Not by FSE but by the community. Which is essentially the same things TW said. It is down to the community to ban/exclude a player not the developers (FSE or TaleWorlds).

If you want things to truly change it has to come from a community standpoint. It's not like Obelix didn't have several chances (he was banned from FSE what 3 times in total). In not all cases as I've already explained above was he 'defending' himself. In some sure, but he took that 'defence' to new levels.

The thread is already locked on TW (I told the mods they could as I had achievement my purpose there). It's really nothing to do with FSE whether a player is banned/excluded unless something happens within their jurisdiction.

Fuck me boboy. All it took for him to doxx me, was me saying "you have -1000 IQ" on fse. Which is probably the mildest insult I've ever said to anyone on this forum. His post on taleworlds is him trying to play the victim card to the TW communiy without any evidence to back up his claims. Claiming that I doxxed him beforehand, when I literally had 0 interaction with the cunt before he doxxed me is just a way of him to get the idiots on TW on his side. The sad part is that it is working, even apparently to people on NW like you and skaen.

As I said on TW, I didn't have him on steam, never was in the same teams, never spoke to him on anything such as ts or discord. Literally all it took was some comments on fse and that was enough for him to doxx me. He isnt getting bullied, he didn't get doxxed first by me. He just thinks it is normal to attack someones personal details and those of their family members when his feelings get hurt by a couple of comments on fse.

As for TW its completely up to them to decide what they do or not. The post was only made to inform them of who obelix truly is before something bad happens.

I think such situations should be presented directly by legal means, I had previously filed a criminal complaint against a famous Twich broadcaster for Turkish insults he committed against me in a Holdfast game in his video.

Also, I saw a group of Turkish players. Friends who treat me like that. In addition to my personal information, they sent my photos to other third parties and organized libel campaigns against me. They called and disturbed my family and me and posted my phone number as an escort (; D) on porn sites. Damn kids. They blamed me for what I didn't do, and most of these people are Warband players for 3-4 years at most, and now they are the only responsible for the death of Turkish society. They aim to survive alone in the environment and will continue in this role. Personally, I don't mind anything when leaving the environment and the game.

In general, I recommend that you exercise your legal rights in addition to posting about such people here. The average age of people living in the NW community is between 15 and 20, but unfortunately most of them lack understanding and perception, they may not be when you put your legal responsibility in front of them. Reserve your legal rights to escape from their actions tomorrow.

In addition, it can file a criminal complaint against the owner of the forums and such platforms in cases that are not applicable to those who commit such acts on official forums and steam platforms. Don't forget that too.
