Spartan has had enough chances and I am really sick of his constant harassment, trolling and disrespectful behavior which is ruining the public server experience. No other player in the history of NW has had this number of chances, as shown below:

Ofcourse he was banned for something like 5-6months for the same offensives. He has clearly broke his end of the agreement made.
