imagine having the most active ppl be the higher ranks smh
More of a nightmare. Everyone knows that regiments with only privates in the line are the best
agreed, but kids cant stand not having a hot new meaningless sticker every 2 weeks or they leave so I've just accepted it
Kids. Exactly, in the 7te there were 3 ranks, recruit if you said you wanted to join, private when you made at least 2 events and either gren or gemeiner for the dedicated/skilled. No one gave a shit about ranks cause it filitered those kids that only cared about ranks out.
I am not a fan of 50 ranks in a reg. We had 2 officer, 2 nco, and 4 normal
you need very few, I've always had ranks with Majority of members being Private right now its not at a bad place its just hard to translate these rosters into game as you never know who will show up
currently we have 10 Pte, 3 LCpl and 1 Gren so not too bad imo. Don't know if ive posted this before but this is how we have the breakdown of our company currently
