I think 15e should be league 1, but the thing that I would be worried about is how much are the 15es skill gonna get debuffed when they can't rotate around hills for 51 minutes, they only have 5 here, and especially with it being League 1.

Here's another good reason the 15e is not in League 1.

The USMC (15e) did not win League 2 of last season's NWL. They are still the same regiment and still have to prove they belong in League 1 by winning League 2. The LIR have been in League 1 for the past few seasons and are comfortable at the very least in being in League 1. The 15e (USMC) is neither comfortable being in League 1 nor have they proved they deserve to be there in their existence.

Teams in league one usually either remain decently competitive or disband, which means teams don’t drop out of league one, and without checking the recent seasons I don’t think anyone won league two and proved that they should move up since like Season 3

Well if the regiment is still around for the next season it'll happen. Most cases are they don't stick around.
