I think you should accept as many teams as they apply even if they are not 16/32/64/128 because you can still do brackets and some teams get free pass but same thing happen if you have 16 teams and one doesnt shows up.

Its not like you will say I got into best of 16 in 3v3 tournament back in 2016. What matters is only like first 4 places.
Tier Legendary Elite ++97p Lone : By himself he's a very good duo. So he deserve a spot of his own.
