Maybe not a new location or host but pay the extra $7 a month for high priority CPU. Makes a big difference with QIG. Keeps the server stable during high traffic times.

Agreed. When I first started the server I tried using a VPS. It sucked, as soon as it filled up past 10-15 people you would see a huge ping spike for about 20 minutes until the machine could compensate for it.
Dedicated server hosts are what you need for a server like this.

I've been debating grabbing my own dedicated server for a various amount of things so if we do need one I'd be more than happy to host it from there.
