Anyways steampowered.com being down normally means Valve is working on it. Has anyone checked the errorcode right now?

People keep saying their profiles keep changing to someone else's. My friend just said that he now has tons of anime games and a different avatar and a different name.

If I were someone having problems like this I would

a) Delete all personal information from the account as fast as possible
b) Log off from steam
c) Change the paypal password and the password of the Email related to the steam account.

If you have Email verification enabled you should be able to keep your accounts safe that way. But if those "hackers" really managed to get the servers: Pray and stay off your account.

Do not attempt to change your password or Email now if those "hackers" are good it would make it even worse. Just delete the important information and log off from all accounts related to steam.

Luckily I verified my e-mail today before this happend
now I can't log into my Steam account. WTF? uffff, it works
