Just ask Jackie who's better ^^

He was best player in both continents so he should probably know best.

Imo EU has the better melee players, I sometimes went on NA GF and still rekt people with 150 ping and I am not even good, so that tells you a lot. For LBs I think NA has a chance to draw there but I can't really say that for sure. From the LB's I attended in NA (both 1v1s and multi reg LBs) I'd say EU should still have the upperhand.

Idk who is going to pay for it, most likely donations if anything, and there is plans of putting servers in Greenland :p.
