Well, this thread was originally for both USMC and pubs to make admin apps, the problem is that USMC members give priority to others of the same regiment, because they know each other. While players are in obscurity; unless those players get to know admins and/or establish a reputation. Even then, the trend I have been seeing lately, when a player tries to get friendly with an admin or a USMC member, those members perceive it as 'oh hey, this guy should join our reg first, he/she would have a much better chance of being admin after getting up in ranks, blah blah blah' usually trying to recruit these players into the regiment instead of simply improving relations and evaluating the player for an admin position.

Frankly, there are no clear guidelines if any when it comes to the subject of handling admin apps in BBG as far as I know. It all ends up depending on the one who decides who gets admin and who doesn't.

Since I stepped down from handling the apps, I really have no idea who all is involved in the admin apps or how the process is done anymore. *shruggs*

You were banned under the name 53eLegere_LtCol_Colonish on 6-5-15 for multiple recruitment messages via adding players on steam as 'friends' and then them reappearing within hours or the very next day at the latest on your regiments tags.

I am also aware you have been banned once before due to recruiting for another regiment other than the USMC on the server, looking at the logs; you were clearly attempting to be secretive with your recruiting attempts. We allow second chances, however, you already wasted yours.

lol I know. I posted USMC bias because right now, since AK has stepped back a bit, the admin process right now is I talk to JDF about it, and I edit the admin script after he says yes or no.
