It's common knowledge that when a player does not agree with the way an admin enforces the server rules, he should contact a head admin to share his dissatisfaction and make a complain. Instead, you decided to 'criticize' the admin in question by insulting him multiple times in global chat.

I find it rather remarkable that after nearly a year, you are still accusing the admin in question of being abusive instead of apologizing for your own behavior.

Taking this into account, your unban request is denied.
