Although I see Arsenal becoming a huge team in the coming years, a good amount of their first team is young and still growing as players.

I think both of them are hugely overrated, especially ox. I don't see either becoming anything exceptional. The rest of the squad barring Sanchez has either peaked or in decline.I quite like Chambers though, something might become of him in the future.
