Von dem gesuchten Staat kennen die meisten nicht mehr als die Top-Level-Domain, mit welcher jener auch einen großen Teil seines Einkommens erwirtschaftet.

Kaiser-Wilhelm-Land?

Ist jetzt unwahrscheinlich, dass das korrekt ist, weil es erstens nicht mehr existiert und zweitens Wilhelm II. in erster Linie Kaiser war.
