No beeps when it starts
no OS installed yet

I had the exact same problem, it's the RAM, what i did is take the RAM out, grab a soft clothe and start rubbing it all over, you can use your shirt, then carefully put it back in the computer, if it still doesn't work, just grab the ram again and rub it on some soft clothe again but harder.
This solved my problem and many others as well, just give that RAM a little love.
Still doesn't work? Hope it has a warranty and call the producer of the hardware and they can hand you another one for no cost.

If it is the graphics then plug your VGA cable or what ever you are using straight into your motherboard and see if it displays anything. If it does then it might be or a faulty GPU or maybe it just became loose in transit.

I had the same problem but it turns out it was all because I hooked up my monitor to my motherboard instead of my graphics card so I would suggest you make sure your is hooked up to the graphics card properly.

Yeah but if the motherboard doesn't detect the GPU it's probably because it is broke or it has come out of the slot  :-\
