I've had 10% packetloss for the past month and it keeps going up, I'm honestly not wanting to play CS anymore until  I get a new ISP.

ESEA offer higher tick servers, custom ranking system, chance to play with pro's in PUG's, and is generally a more serious affair for people with high MM ranks. I'm not saying if you're a low rank that it's not worth it.. but don't get it if you're a low rank :p
