On October 22nd, it'll be 9 months since we started this regiment. There were a few bumps soon after we formed and in the middle of the summer. However, we are more organized, active and dedicated than ever before! Our average attendance is the highest it has ever been and we're steadily bolstering our ranks with the kind of people we want to surround ourselves with. The 22nd values quality over quantity. So while we may recruit only 1 or 2 people per week, we spend the time integrating new members properly to ensure that our members not only feel welcome, but compelled to participate. These are the components that make our regiment a stable and effective fighting force. Attrition cannot be eliminated completely, but it can be reduced to the point where its effects are not felt.
