Thundersnow just by watching that drawing i'm just thinking how many layers do you have?
It's all one layer. Color is another layer, unless I break it up into separate individual colors, but that's almost not worth the hassle.
I'll break up a picture sometimes though, like "Thundersnow Layer" "Left Side Layer" etc to make the overall picture more forgiving to freestyling.
I did the rough layer, then a 'tighten up' layer, then the final ink layer.
I Do save the heck out of it every hour though, in 2 seperate files, and then I'll stick a 3rd one on a memory stick just to be safe. There's no autosave feature on Photoshop, which, as anyone knows, is the stupidest shit in the universe.
