We might be able to in the future provided technology makes major leaps and bounds. The issue would be surviving travel at the speed of light.

made as Pommes frites (fried) is the only way you can really enjoy them...

and acc. Lightspeed-travel:
We might once be able to travel that way, but not in a classical physical way. maybe "worm-holes" or sth similar made by mankind someday will make it possible. but technically we cant get over single Lightspeed, which is SLOW in relation to the vast measures of space...

random question from me: Why do we waste our time and talent here instead of going out there and make this world a better place, now that this world is about to go down the drain - almost everywhere...?
(sorry for my bad but serious thoughts, was at the dentist today...no fun at all)
