I just assumed from some of the signatures that Poland-Lithuania and France would also be included.

 Maybe add a faction of mercenaries? Like the micro faction of B&I?

Those things don't really contribute to events and general gameplay, as cool and clever as they are. They only work towards specific "historical" battles or wars.
