None, medals are unnecessary imo. Good performance shown throughout multiple lbs should be awarded with promotion and recognition.I agree with you, but they can be fun for the rankers, giving them another thing to shoot for. And in a regiment where we don't use very many enlisted ranks, it will keep them busy.

I can count the russian regiments on my one hand lol. It feels wrong putting them on that list and I am sure you can concure with that.
I find the UK to be incredibly boring.Walko is always right. Couldent agree more.

Russian regiments are few, but interesting.
U.K. regiments are numerous and I do agree the uniforms are more boring than the rest.
French regiments are fun because ranking systems are highly customisable to the leader's wants and needs.
Austrian regiments fail hard almost every time. Almost. ALMOST.
Prussian regiments are fun, the ranks can be customised to a certain extent and the there is a colorful balance for the ingame uniforms.
I will say though, some UK regiments have some absolutely fantastic histories , which I think is really cool.Ya sounds about right. A lot of nice British regiments out there
