You should really find a way to make the Zulus better. The current situation on the Battle server is just a bit to easy. It get's pretty boring after a while if it continues the way it is. :P

its cause people insist on playing against bots... Have player vs player lol we cant make the ai smarter right now. Not the the list to do right now.

I'm not really pointing at making the ai "smarter".  Just saying. People playing the Zulu's would also be rather weird. Seeing you get black bodies with white faces. - Characters.

well indeed sadly they have white faces. We hope to solve the problem eventually by maybe add helmets that are faces. Other then that theres nothing we can do to force people to have black faces.

Helmets with black faces are the way to go, I don't see any other way you could efficiently get the Zulu to have black faces in-game, but the Helen's that make it look like the faces are black are definitely possible.

only problem is that people might make there faces to fat or big so u can see threw the helmet

Now that you mention it, what will happens I all the wheat,pipes, cigars, eyeglasses, etc.. That players have chosen? Will all of those pop out of the face in an unrealistic matter?

I might be mistaken but editing mm_ui_flags1" should let you change the flags of the Zulu faction. If you've allready done it for next patch that would be really cool =)

Forced black faces using a mask is a nice idea but I do not think it is feasible, here is why.

1. There would be a massive lack of face variety, making everyone look the same, if you've been in a regiment a while you can recognize players by their face, not with masks.
2. Big faces would clip through the mask, looking very strange and buggy
3. Each mask would have to be part of the helmet which would have to be added onto each hat which wastes a lot of time (There are a lot of zulu hats, it's alpha with 2 units and theres about 12 hats so far)
4. Masks would be double the faces adding a lot more polys giving a lower fps.
5. It would make the zulus seem as if their heads were very big which would look weird.

I don't think it's worth it, if a regiment knows it will be playing Zulu they should choose black characters, otherwise you will have to accept it sadly.

But if you play on like public, you would see only black British as well?

They are like Boer people and they are mixed like Zulu body and Boer head  :D.
