In the Great Northern War, a Russian army, one again severely under-armed with pikes and matchlock muskets, faced off against a superior Swedish force. King Charles XII of Sweden had the most modern and well equipped army in all of Europe.

Sorry, but as I recall, they offered little but their navy during this war. So, with the current state of naval combat, they would, alas, be a rather useless faction to add.

No. In this war, the Dutch contributed... 10 ships? Give or take.
They were so minor and unimportant that adding them as a faction shouldn't be considered.

It is hard to say what model it was especially for the Swedes. The most of the based out of French muskets made from small    
village gun smiths. The muskets lookd smiller to the 1690's French marine Musket.
