Well, Kepis were quite more popular then forage caps.
But I like more the kepi style then forage caps, so you wont see much forage caps.

BUT: You can choose your own headgear next patch. So its not my choice then

Well, 2 new armies will be added. CSA 1863 and the USA 1863.

All of my regiment will be wearing the forage caps =P I love them so much.

No..
Some special units can choose it, like Berdan sharpshooters. If they want their sharp rifle or Springfield for example..

I keep hearing French voices come out of some Union troops. I would be fine with this were the voices exclusive to a CSA Louisiana regiment that was made up of Cajuns and French-speakers. Other than that, the voices could me fixed.

Think he's talking about the command voices, a few are still in French.
