Needs British Expeditionary Force me thinks.

Me thinks you think this is World War 1.

Yeah Me Too.

It was worth a shot :( But the Prussians will suffice.

Btw... looking at your ingame pictures. Whats up with that ground textures and grass? It looks horrible... How is that supposed to be looking good, or realistic?

Uhmm...
Are you serious or have someone taken your account?
The grass looks perfect in my opinion.
The colour of the grass might vary depending on the country you are in.

Just noticed he has not released any pics where you can see grass. There's only steppe ones.

Yes, indeed. Now I retract of voting for him in "Who you love most in the community".
In my opinion everything looks perfect.  :)

This is the Franco-Prussian war, the British were not involved in this war at all.  ;)

Will there be a topic soon where we can post our regiments, or will it be when the mod is released?

I thought it looked too silly and it kept making a too dramatic change from other animations to that one.

There will be leading up to the public release.

Yep, ofc everything looks perfect, I just do not like the grass. It looks wrong in my opinion. Take it as criticism not as insult. It was not meant to be an insult. :)
Anyway, I am looking forward to it. Maybe you have heard the story already, but before we decided on the American Civil War, the plan was to make a game set in the Franco-Prussian war. I love that era, and I love the German Uniforms.

Should do that or Napoleonic after
Of course, I also think lines should be able to move in double rank without having emotional breakdowns.

So the Prussian artillery functions much like both cannon and howitzer correct? Firing a round shot which explodes on impact?

Don't know whether its the same since Prussian artillery was breech loaded at this time.

It fires an explosive shell of a howitzer (although more powerful) with a flat trajectory of a cannon, it's not breech loading in game because at the moment i can't cut out the ramrod stage, but it's faster to reload than the french muzzle loading cannon to at least simulate being breech loading.

Is it possible to make the ramrod invincible and replacing the animation with something else that can better simulate the breechloading?
