From a viewpoint that I have, try to build hype by testing the alpha and not releasing it and it being treated like a final project, I've observed this happened with other mods. That's my two cents, I'm sure you will be fine anyway.

It's going to be a closed alpha to certain regiments and people who've helped me. I don't want to publicly release it unfinished it's just for testing and peoples opinions. That and i really want to play it with people.

Small update, this is the Prussian Cuirassier which won the poll. It's the final unit i'll be making until after closed alpha, so next i have to work on code.
