Why do the devs have to make an installer? It's easier to install with a .rar, just have to copy past.

If only there was a fast paced shooter with robots that could tide me over until Iron Europe comes out. It would be called IronFall or TitanEurope.

Apparently for some reason with NW you have to do an installer, or something  ???

NW and NW modding is slightly different from default Warband. To break it down, NW has a seperate CD key.

Because the Installer does the key check to make sure you own NW, with a .rar, anyone who owns warband but not NW would be able to play IE, which isn't fair because they don't own NW so why should they get an NW mod.
