You can prevent it by just creating a good mod where people want to leave NW for. ;)
Sorry B&I and other mods your quality in gameplay and the overall modding standards are just low and that's the problem.

Not releasing or later releasing the server files will not help and will only annoy the fair users.
You are a spoiled little brat. It's something wrong if you think B&I and N&S are low quality...
They are improved NW:s in a new era.

i've seen grenades be the downfall of a mod :p well the quality of gameplay.
Tbh, the grenades are almost underpowered atm. You need to be really good with them to hit a trench. I guess it will be better with hundreds of players in events.

While a disagree with Waterbeetle Sherlock putting a lot of time into something doesn't automatically qualify it as "good".
It varies.
Bello Civilli is a complete overhaul, the quality of the uniforms and assets there is amazing.
So is in B&I.
And in N&S.
Only achieved with lots and lots of effort by skilled artists such as Hinkel, William, Rigadoon, Dany and many many others.
Essentially yes, time isn't quality but it helps and is necessary for quality. The only thing I do not understand here, is why ignorant people like him can even post here, if he even bothered to look at any of the said mods, he'd see the quality is top-notch, in visuals and some gameplay-wise improvements.

Edit: Let's get back on topic lads, I'm interested in some of your opinions on scenes(maps) and how should they look like. Just out of curiosity  :)

Both B&I and BC was released within 1-2 months.

I'm sure Rigadoon and the boys would appreciate it if we got back on topic and stopped trashing other mods (mods some of the IE devs have worked on by the way).

By the way, the grenades in IE are pretty well balanced in my opinion. They are not too easy to use, nor are they impossible to score kills with. Like all of the weapons (except the sniper rifle) I think plenty of thought has gone into rate of fire, damage, accuracy, and all that to come to a good balance.
it seems that the person on the wrong end of 5arge always seems to get the punishment.

wat
Parents go into school to discuss the childs progress in school with teachers, looking over current test results and behaviour.

The grenades are perfect right now.

In the UK, it's a good idea, and i know Americans have a similar thing. But this is way off topic.

I'm sorry, it's just my opinion. Compare it with some mods for warband ok yes, not a lot the great mods are not played right now because of updates from warband and the Script enhancer but some work in single player mods is really great and with a high quality standard.

So you want to tell me the mods only died out because the server files were released haha it sounds more like a bad excuse.

So BI, NaS and BC are all low quality mods?

In my opinion they are, I did not enjoy them. Most of them felt rushed and not balanced.
I don't want to go in full detail.

spoiled little brat
You should learn some respect young man.

But to the people that do enjoy the mods you have all the right to do so.

But sorry again, I did not wish to insult anybody it's just my opinion and what I think is the problem.

This isn't a SP mod. There is a difference. MP takes balancing while in SP it takes less. What one does in MP to another player is different to what one does to an AI and vice versa.

So you want to tell me the mods only died out because the server files were released haha it sounds more like a bad excuse.
It is a main reason, why do you think NW is also dying out? (Yes Slowly but surely) Ofcourse they didn't say that was the only reason.

And I agree with you, opinion is opinion. I still like that there are people who at least go out of their way to make a mod that they hope could make people happier. Remember that modders have feelings too.
Enough.
The first modder for NW.
