Is there anything good about With Fire and Sword?

I'm sure that's what you meant to ask.
I hereby present Crusader with the Blobdominican medal for Bravery above and beyond the call of duty in his role as AdminBorn of the FSE servers. We have also arranged some lovely flowers & a kitten to commemorate the occasion.
Thanks Crusader for all of your work in the community!

The setting is pretty cool. The books the game is based on are also good. Winged Hussars.

Not going to lie too, starting a new game in WFAS is Root Canal levels of torture.

But people seem to enjoy hating this game. I really don't think any of that is really it's fault. It was a mod for the original Mount And Blade that went commerical before Warband existed. Blame the lazy developers for not updating it with Warband features before porting it to Warband in it self.

Also, a lot of the petty minor issues can be fixed by mods. But modders have lost interest. Sorry WFAS, you are the unluckiest module ever.

I can't tell if its meant to have a questline, I was doing what seemed like one untill it bugged out when I failed to deliver a letter.

Well i made this mod for it which makes the muskets not snipers which reload in 5 seconds, makes it much more fun.

A good balance and tweak mod and honestly it is worth giving it another go.
