Could the scabbard be fixed on the right side?

While the roman soldiers had the scabbard on the right side, the centurions and officers had their scabbard always on the left.

Is this visible in the mod?

Oh you wanted a serious response, why didn't you just say so.

Absolutly. We just tested it and it works perfectly.

How will linebattles work in this mod? Will the focus be more on formations and organisation (yay) or moving around in lines and charging like madmen when you close in (boo)?

Ideally, it be in formation but I suppose it's up to the individual cohorts on how to do battle. Perhaps they can run in column formation (two or three columns) and then when close to the enemy, form a line and then walk in formation.

Melee fighting in lines is simply impractical. I'd imagine it'll go like most Roman mod shieldbattles go, charge in, break formations and fight it out, supporting your teammates whenever.

Though, then again, that was always Legion vs Warband. :P

Let me rephrase, melee fighting in any sort of tight formation is terribly impractical. Thus, I can't see events being a formation vs another formation.

Tell that to Gaius Marius when he reformed the Roman Infantry doctrine.

Oh, wait... you can't. He's dead.

I'm referring to ingame, you derp. With the skill of most players there'd be so many TKs.

I'm going to assume you mean in mount and blade and not historically.
