Do you know how to texture these models?

Our texturer left our team and we have no knowledge on how to texture,resize for in-game use,or how to even implement it in game.
We are having a lot of problems seeing as we are all new to this modding stuff.
I have some experience with coding but not with Python and I don't know what to download on the Python site,what download on the Python version's page,and how to use Python for NW. All of the tutorials are for native Warband.
Any help we be greatly appreciated.

We also don't know how to make new uniforms for troops and we have the same problem with uniforms as we do with guns.
Can we just use the base character and retexture their uniforms?

Sure, if I can get the models from my modelers.
These pictures were snip its from Teamspeak avatars.
Yes I can take larger pictures in the future.
