Bello Civili Phalanx Reservation, Egypt *Official*
« on: October 16, 2013, 12:59:42 am »

This thread signifies the official clan (Phalanx) name reservation for the Bello Civili mod.
Reserving a name means that when the Egyptian faction is released you officially hold the right
to use one name for your clan and is fully supported by the development team,
meaning that no other clan may use this name.

Besides making all these stupid sub-boards and threads, make it all one big board, like the NW regiments. I don't understand how this won't cause confusion.

Due to Legions being mostly number based (Legio X, Legio V, etc), and the fact that Roman legions didn't really go beyond the 30-ish region, Legions can have the same number on both sides (Legio X on Populares and Legio X on Optimates, for example). If this wasn't allowed, we'd quickly run out of Legions to pick. The seperate boards for Optimates and Populares are so that two legions with the same name won't be in the same list, which could cause confusion for both prospect members and current members. Not to mention that, due to this being a rather polarised war, people will probably have a side in mind when searching for a Legion. The Ptolemaics have a seperate board because putting them in the main board would give the faction special treatment.
