Small video for you, none of this is completely finalised.
- Reloading and Walking
Is there any way you can get the guy to hold it from the rifle butt and hold it straight up? And also when the person aims can you get their out stretched arm to come in a bit. Its stupid when they hold it half way up the barrel

Also, the gun sound is very strange. It almost sounds like a toy...

Leave him alone it looks epic.
looks epic but sounds like a toy.

I can't put his hand on the butt because the gun is attached just below the trigger. As for the stance as i said none of this is finalised but i think if it were in more he would look unbalanced. The sound is a real rifle sound and the bolt sound is an actual chassepot bolt sound.
You are meant to hold it closer to your body for balance reasons. It doesn't ache your arm if you hold it close.

Nice work!
Just a small thing, I just don't like the way he holds it like baseball bat while he's standing still.
Maybe make him hold the rifle like in Anglo-Zulu or N&S where he has the rifle close alined with his body.
Other than that it was perfect.

Criticism is vital for creativity and improvement buddy. Or your product ends up like that CAD webcomic or the latest Aliens game.

So will other nations (such as Bavaria) be included in the mod, or will it just be Prussia and France?
I don't trust anything but pizza from a pizza place.

Potentially if the mod is popular but not for first release which will be Prussia and the second french empire.

Will there be cav? And if so, what will you do to make them more effective since the infantry will be able to put more bullets down range that in NW.
Will you give them carbines?
Maybe you could give them a dash/sprint to be used in charges.

Cavalry are fine as they are. They'll probably have their carbines and will encounter the same problems as cavalry during the time period.
Humans are extremely complicated creatures. Death uncomplicates them to a frightening degree...

There will be cav, almost all cavalry had firearms and in my testing the guns are still slow enough that melee has a place.

I can't see why there isn't going to be cav, The last great charge happened in this war after all.
