Maybe you could borrow some stuff from the Deluge mod. It was a really cool mod. I just never experienced anyonne playing it.
The face creator from that mod was really good aswell!

Tbh I don't really like how you are putting up a poll on what other factions you want.
I really want this to be released and therefore you should focus on the factions you currently have.
It looks really good so far :)

Deluge is the best Warband Mod imo ;) It´s a pitty that you never played it in an event. They were awesome, we did those Tercio warfare events which are very cool and are simply that, what this mod aims for...
However afaik the modders of Deluge aren´t active anymore so it´s very hard to get in touch with them...

Those are some very nice models. I cant wait.
I've always loved The Deluge, except from the fact that it's dead. Lets hope this is just as good (but people play it).
