Cuirassiers. Mainly, because the French do not have lancers. To keep it balanced, the French and Prussians should have Hussars, Cuirassiers, and Dragoons. You can also put it to a poll, Willhelm.

As much as I normally love Uhlans, the Prussian Uhlans during the Franco-Prussian War looked pretty bad. :/
Therefore my vote goes to Cuirassiers.
