What do you do if people(Like myself) showed you other people didn't want to duel. Did it count as a tie or loss for the person that didn't want to duel?

Sorry about the delay so far. Still have not gotten around to compiling a new rule set. It should definitely happen before Thanksgiving though and then we can have our second season.
