We don't really suck though, it's just people don't know how to play as a group. They spread out way too much.

What should have happened during those charges was that we fan out to minimize casualties by shot, and regroup once in melee range, not fan out and spread out. People also need to learn to team up with another person and pick the enemy off one by one, I saw way too many fights being 3 enemy to 1 person.
