I'd also agree with James in this case.
Me too.
What's important to remember is that FiC affects you in other ways than just the casualties you might take. I've been in situations where Im on my way to help an outnumbered teammate but some jackass in the enemy line presents at me while in the charge, ofc Im going to start strafing even though I know he's not allowed to fire, how do I know for sure they will get punished for it accordingly with 100% certainty? I dont. So I end up strafing not getting there in time and teammates that might have been saved dies instead and the enemys get an advantage in numbers in the melee.
Its affects you in more ways than just the casualties. So a FiC is a FiC even if you dont get any kills. Still a rule violation that needs to be punished to get rid off.
Indeed.
As maybe but 4 max counts of fire on the charge against the constant Fire our of formation and failing to line up? There is no change I am accepting a draw. This doesn't count their 2 FiC and their officer aims.
Another Video from our Spec this does include this first round, which shows the officer aim wasn't deliberate, we just shot the part of the line formed up so James' argument on the officer aim should apply there, Marks was just unlucky as James put it.
And another Fire in the charge on their side at 12:14.
Now I am sorry about the words I said in this but, well i am and I'm not as TBH after all of his rule break and his constant acquisitions and his attitude the entire time I have had contact with this Guy I don't care, he has gone out of his way to aggravate me and put me on the defensive.
