Upon talking to the organisers it turns out I misintepreted their information. All WWE on the server at the time were banned as a precaution.
 
The following two were found to be the cavalrymen who disrupted the arena upon reviewing the logs, as both were killed by players whilst invading the server, and are permanently banned.

These two will be unbanned in due course and were banned temporarily for suspicion of abetting:
