A dual leadership? I've never heard of such a thing. But if you can make it work go ahead.

Edit: Also, crusades would go badly. If Windbusche hated someone he could just have the whole world go apeshit on them.

Also, for the Papal state I'd prefer you picked one of the Primary nations, but unless everyone agrees to swap the HRE to a reserve nation what would be left for those who lose their rolls.

Also, this isn't a first come first serve. Multiple people can sign up for the same nation, but I put you on Sweden anyway.

You can only choose Spain, please refrain from choosing Reserve nations.

Edit: If you lose your roll for Spain you can always pick Sicily anyway.
