From some guys in my unit who have played RS, it's pretty much the same. Still a lot of the crap that made RO2 infuriating to play.

I've been following Rising Storm since it was first being talked about as well as In Country: Vietnam and other mods that never took off because of how long it took the SDK to come out and when it did it was broken as fuck.

Basically, in my opinion, Rising Storm wouldn't be available to play right now if it weren't for TWI highjacking the production, leaving a lot of the shit behind such as bringing new and better content to RO2 (lol new maps are just community maps and it's been nearly 2 years without any extra vehicles tralala).
