could the GTrpRHA come on with 4-6 guys and be rocket artillery?

No. You guys are brand new and using rockets would just really throw the event off should an errant rocket stray into a friendly regiment...which they would. Plus rocket artillery counts as one artillery piece, so if your Regiment would be stuck with 1-2 rockets.
**Also, I'm locking down the arty and cav for the 63e this week, and possibly for the forseeable future, due to their perfect attendance and continued commitment to this Event.The 75th might or might not show tonight. You're welcome to get an arty slot if they cannot make it, OR you could act as their "Arty Guard" and combine forces. I think they have lower numbers and it would be a good fit. Either way, once you guys have been in my Event for awhile, run the rocket idea past me again and we can probably work something special out.
