Name of the server you were on - NA_1
Name of the person causing trouble - 7yGren_Pte_Chance
Nature of their offense - TKing and leaving.  This was near the start of the round.  The person waited for everyone to bunch up while going into the door of the house, and fired into the mass of people.
Time and date of their offense - 4/27/2013  at around 7:14 PM EST
