Why doesn't the Night King just lay siege to Winterfell and wait until the thousands of troops and civilians starve to death? The last 'long night' lasted years so there's plenty of time to do so. In addition to that, it does not take a strategic genius to notice a pretty large flaw in Jon's fortifications...
Oh and obviously Hodor will reappear as a wight (hell, Ramsay Bolton might well be one too if his corpse is still there-can see his wight as one of the first to attack the women/children).

You have to admire their devotion — marching north to join the Night King's undead army, just to then march south again. I think a Hodor appearance is a pretty safe bet too, as well as some Stark skeletons down in the crypts (hiding from a necromancer in a crypt probably isn't the best of ideas).
