It was to my inference from the comments that the book readers had been thoroughly upset with the show since it had taken a different route from the book, if you are content with the show then hurrah.

Probably not. Jorah already took the place of Connington with the greyscale and tyrion on the river and all that. I wouldn't be surprised if Jorah's storyline almost completely aligns with Connington's as the show goes on.

I reckon a lot of people are gonna die next episode (don't read unless you've read the books...):

Imo: Brienne, Pod, Sam, Sansa, Meryn Trant, Roose Bolton all have a very good chance of being killed off, plus Jon Snow will be betrayed by the Night's Watch at the end of the episode and be 'left for dead' but he'll be back for next season. Maybe, there's a chance that Tommen may die as well, plus Kevan Lannister or Pycelle though they may be saving that Varys stuff for season 6. They might drag out Jon Snow's betrayal across season 6 also as they don't have that much material until the next book comes out. I would say at least 3 of the characters I named will die next episode.
