Take a lesson from NA, would you rather have experienced captains that know how to run a team or inexperienced who's teams have a good chance of disbanding mid tournament

Maskman stop crying. Nobody wants you as a captain when playing in a randomized tournament and your like miles off the skill from the other captains. So just apply as a player if you care to play, your shit enough to do that, believe me.

Not giving the opportunity to actual leaders who had experience but to some guys who most likely just want to flex with slaying some rookies by signing up as captains. Seems good

Most of these captains that applied messaged me on steam asking what they should do in this tournament. Many such as Oneil, Gibby, Chuckster and jakob asked if they could use this tournament to train people etc, Some may be in for the noob slaying but the majority is not.

Yea that is fine I understand, the hosts probably should specify in their ruleset that inexperienced top tier players get priority over captain slots in a Low-Mid Tier Randomised Tournament as opposed to actual Low-Mid Tier players. Makes sense
