If you look at other regiment's rosters, they were all posted in a specific format. It is asked that every leader follow that format so that Chriseh can directly take the rosters from FSE and add them into the database that will be used to regulate the scripts on the EIC servers. If your roster isn't posted in the correct format, the admins have to manually add all the name & GUID which has you understand, is a huge time constraint, especially if you have to repeat it for the 20 regiments.
I have updated your roster so that it matches the current form. For further updates, please follow the format has it posted in the OP (original post). If you are not sure whether or not you did it correctly, just ask one of the admins who I am sure will be more than happy to guide you.

If I were you though, I would still proof-read the update I made and validate it to make sure everything is accurate as I can't promise a mistake hasn't slipped through. As it is your regiment, you are responsible of the information on it so better safe than sorry.
