The textures do exactly what they are meant to do, they show the uniform. You don't have to go and make artwork of each and every uniform.

I think these textures are fine, they might not be professional textures, but they will do for a mod just fine.
These guys need encouragement and support, not some feedback they can do nothing with. If you where to give them advise on how to improve the textures a bit, that would be appreciated. Just bluntly saying they suck because you don't like them doesn't help anyone.

I personally would vary the colors a bit, messing around with some darker patches on the cloth. I personally use brushes for that, some good examples are:

http://nightcrawla.deviantart.com/art/Scratched-Metal-Grunge-set-63635660
http://nightcrawla.deviantart.com/art/blackriderrom-Grunge-02-52791415
I'm sure you can find more on the internet as well.

Also make sure you use a desaturated texture picture from the internet if you are doing cloth, this makes it way easier. Set the opacity pretty low and make sure the layer is set to either multiply or overlay, depending on what looks best for the situation.

Hope this helps a bit,
Affjoris

First of all i think what you guys are doing is fantastic! Keep it up. I also think you should listen a little to Affjoris advice with the coloring, try to use a different hue of the yellow color on the swedish uniforms, they should have a little dirt from all the firing, maybe make it more mild so the yellow color isnt screaming as much. Exept for that everything is starting to look real nice!

When do you think the mod is due to be released? I know it might be early to say but an rough estimation would be nice. Well done!

As a heads up, double and triple posting are typically frowned upon. I'd avoid doing that and edit your post. ;)
