Honestly would be very fun. People would just pick their normal regiments tho I think.
Depends. If you set a team number and roster size limit you could certainly spread things out from the normal. I definitely think people would prioritize picking the core players they're used to playing with, but I wouldn't be surprised to see deviations.
The main problem I see is that the player pool would have to be pretty big, and the draft would take forever, firstly. Secondly, scheduling matches and maintaining a roster (with some randoms) for the duration of a league would be an absolute bitch.
